 📦 Return Policy — House of Glowth

At House of Glowth, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right or you changed your mind, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

 ⏳ Return window

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under EU consumer law.

In some cases, we offer a 30-day return window, but only if the product is unopened, unused, and meets the return conditions listed below. 

📋 Return conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • The hygienic seal (plastic wrap) must not be removed or broken
  • You must request your return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • You’ll need proof of purchase or your order number 

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetic products once the seal has been broken.

🚫 Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Items without original packaging or broken seals
  • Gift cards or discount codes
  • Sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

✉️ How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us first at:

We’ll provide instructions and the return address. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 🛠 Damaged or wrong items?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at houseofglowth@outlook.com so we can make it right.

 💸 Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, and you haven’t received your refund, feel free to email us.
