Welcome to House of Glowth. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. We ship worldwide, and these terms are written to be legally clear and fair, no matter where you live.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to every use of our website and every order placed through our webshop worldwide. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
  • We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and credit cards.
  • All prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT when applicable, and excluding shipping fees unless stated otherwise. 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship globally from the Netherlands.
  • Delivery times vary by country and are estimated as accurately as possible.
  • Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer, unless otherwise required by local consumer law.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We follow EU return regulations and apply them internationally for fairness. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, no explanation required. Returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The hygienic seal (plastic wrapping) is intact
  • You request your return within 14 days
  • You include a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic products once the seal has been broken. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. After approval, refunds are processed within 10 business days using your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours via email with photos. We will solve it with either a replacement or refund.

6. Product Info & Pricing 

  • We aim to represent our products and prices as accurately as possible.
  • Typographical errors, mispricing, or technical mistakes may occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel orders if this happens.
  • Product colors may vary depending on screen settings or lighting.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, text, product names and branding is the intellectual property of House of Glowth or our partners. Nothing may be copied, reused or distributed without our written permission.

8. International Buyers

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Import duties or customs fees (if applicable in your country) are your responsibility.
  • Our company operates under Dutch and EU consumer law.

 9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of revenue or data. Our total liability is always limited to the amount you paid for your order unless local consumer protection law states otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless your local laws require otherwise.
